4. Submission and Review

All manuscripts undergo editorial screening and/or peer review. NTL reserves the right to reject or request revisions as needed.

Authors retain copyright but grant us the non-exclusive right to publish, distribute, and archive their work.

6. Fees and Refunds

Processing or publication fees (if applicable) are communicated clearly before acceptance. No refunds will be made once services are rendered.

7. Disclaimer

We do not guarantee indexing or acceptance by third-party databases. Services are provided on an "as-is" basis.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Tamil Nadu courts.
